VILLARREAL, CE, IEE, CES, CHI - Director Mr. Villarreal has over 15 years of field experience conducting geotechnical, thermal and structural integrity surveys, site environmental risk assessments and energy efficiency audits of commercial and industrial facilities, specializing in HVAC maintenance and bio-aerosols mitigation. Mr. Villarreal's management experience includes indoor air quality, petroleum drilling and spill control operations, Hazardous Materials abatement & disposal, and preparation of OSHA & EPA permit applications, including RCRA, CAA, CWA, and TSCA. He is thoroughly familiar with all regulatory requirements of major environmental remediation programs. Mr. Villarreal is an honored member of the International Executive Guild since 1996.
